What is Quality Inspection?
Our Quality Inspection (QC) service provides an extra layer of assurance by having trained inspectors examine your items before they ship. We check for defects, damages, and accuracy, then send you detailed photos so you know exactly what you're receiving.

How It Works
Enable QC at Checkout
When placing your order, select the Quality Inspection option. You can add notes about specific items or concerns you'd like us to check.
We Receive & Inspect
Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our trained inspectors carefully examine each product and take detailed photos.
Review Results
You'll receive a notification when inspection is complete. View all photos and inspection notes in your order details.
Approve or Reject
If you're satisfied, approve the shipment. If there are issues, reject for a full refund. You have 48 hours to decide.
What We Inspect
Our inspectors check for a comprehensive list of potential issues:
- Physical defects, scratches, dents, or damage
- Color accuracy compared to product listings
- Size and dimension verification
- Logo and branding placement and quality
- Packaging condition and completeness
Sampling for Large Orders
For orders with many identical items, we may perform sampling inspection. We guarantee inspection of at least 20% of items or a minimum of 3 items, whichever is greater. All unique SKUs are inspected.
Approval Options
Auto-Ship (Recommended)
If inspection passes, your order ships automatically without waiting for your approval. You'll still receive photos and can track your shipment.
Manual Approval
Review inspection results and explicitly approve before we ship. You have 48 hours to review and decide.
QC-Related Return Policy
Products with Defects (QC Failed)
If our inspection finds defects or issues, you can reject the entire order or specific items for a full refund. No fees apply - we cover all return costs.
QC Passed, But Want to Return
If inspection passes but you still want to return items: A $5/SKU handling fee applies (maximum $30 per order). This covers the cost of processing and restocking.

Yes! When enabling QC at checkout, you can add notes about specific concerns or items you'd like us to pay special attention to.
What happens if I don't respond within 48 hours?
If you selected manual approval and don't respond within 48 hours, the order is automatically refunded to protect you from unwanted charges.
Can I approve some items and reject others?
Currently, approval is for the entire order. If some items pass and others fail, you can reject the order and we'll work with you on a partial refund or replacement.
