Orders, Payments & Invoices

  • Order status updates and payment confirmations are provided in the order flow and/or by email.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers depending on your region and the seller.

Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • Suppliers ship to our warehouse in China, where we perform quality inspection before international shipping.
  • Delivery timelines depend on seller processing time, carrier performance, and destination.
  • Most shipping methods include duties and taxes (DDP). Use our shipping calculator to estimate costs.

Quality Inspection (QC)

  • Every order is inspected at our warehouse before international shipping. We photograph items, check quantity, and verify quality.
  • Choose between auto-ship (items ship automatically if they pass) or manual approval (review photos before we ship).
  • If items fail QC, we coordinate returns or replacements with the supplier before shipping.

Returns & Disputes

  • Return and cancellation rules may vary by product, seller, and shipping destination. Where applicable, the return policy will be shown during checkout.
  • Items that fail quality inspection can be returned to the supplier at no extra cost to you.
