Understanding customs duties and how our shipping fees work.
Most Shipping Fees Are Tax Included
For the majority of our shipping options, customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping fee you see at checkout. This means no surprise charges upon delivery.
How Our Platform Works
Suppliers ship to our warehouse: Suppliers send products to our central warehouse in China after you place an order.
We inspect and consolidate: All items are quality checked and can be consolidated into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.
Carrier handles customs: Our shipping carriers work with customs brokers to process import duties. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, taxes are prepaid. For other methods, the carrier may contact you for duty payment.
Note: Shipping methods marked as “Tax Included” or “DDP” have duties prepaid. For other methods, you may be responsible for import duties upon delivery. Check the shipping method details at checkout.
